Firm’s Growth Leads to Changes in Name and Branding

The coming of spring is often seen as a time of growth and renewal. After 10 years of continuous growth, the Recruiting and Career Services Network (RCSN), which most recently operated under the Kloete Group name, has a new name and has updated its branding.

“Our new name is RCSN Executive Search and Leadership Consulting (RCSN). We’re rebranding because we’re expanding our services. We want our name to reflect the services we offer to our current and future clients. Our new name will emphasize the significance of RCSN’s research-based executive search and boundary spanning leadership consulting practices,” announced Paul Wehner, founder and senior partner of RCSN.

He continued, “We are intensely focused on research as the basis for the leadership services offered by RCSN. Research is at the heart of our recruitment process. For our customers the focus on research reduces their risk when they ask us to assist them, because they know before their search project begins who we will be contacting to identify the leader they’re seeking for their organization.”

The second component of the firm’s competitive edge is research-based boundary spanning leadership consulting. Donna Chrobod Mason, Ph.D. senior partner and Boundary Spanning Leadership practice leader, explained, “RCSN works with clients to help them identify boundaries within their organization that affect their ability to perform at a higher level. Once key boundaries are clarified, a strategy and specific tactics can be defined to transform limiting boundaries into new frontiers so that the organization will be positioned to achieve better business performance.”

Chrobot-Mason is a nationally recognized research authority in the field of leadership. She is co-author of the ground-breaking book “Boundary Spanning Leadership: Six Practices for Solving Problems, Driving Innovation, and Transforming Organizations.”
