Sheryl’s concentration is building business. She develops trusted relationships with senior leaders within the corporate landscape that lead to new business opportunities for RCSN.
Sheryl has put these abilities to work since 1996, when she served as Executive Director of a regional staffing firm based in Washington, DC and then in Cincinnati, Ohio. She was responsible for overall business operations, including business development, recruitment, staff training, and account management. Her efforts paid off. Revenue growth of 125% in the staffing firm proved Sheryl could take an organization from start-up to a large-scale success story.
Before she launched her 15-year career in the staffing industry Sheryl was a management and sales leader for 10 years in the hospitality industry. Sheryl earned a BS in Sociology from Ohio Wesleyan University and returned to Ohio after living in Washington DC. She now calls Cincinnati her home. Sheryl is currently serving on the cabinet of ArtsWave, is actively involved with the Staffing and Recruiting Committee with the Greater Cincinnati HR Association, serves on the Board of Executive Women International, and has volunteered her time to Dress for Success and the Make-A-Wish Foundation.
