RCSN’s Boundary Spanning Leadership Consulting services are led by Senior Partner Donna Chrobot-Mason, PhD, whose efforts have helped organizations understand the boundaries hindering business performance to deliver better business results for their organizations.
Miriam conducts in depth research and identifies only the most relevant and qualified senior level and executive candidates for key corporate roles. She has 10 years of experience in research, auditing, and consulting in higher education, financial services, and the pharmaceutical industry. Originally from California, Miriam started her professional career as a Senior Auditor and Project Advisor at UCLA. She transitioned to Experian as a Senior Internal Auditor and continued her career with Watson Pharmaceuticals as a Senior Internal Auditor and Sarbanes-Oxley Compliance Consultant. In 2005 she moved from California to Cincinnati, where she now utilizes her background and experience in data mining and database management as a Senior Research Associate for RCSN.
Miriam holds a Bachelor’s degree in both Liberal Studies and Psychology and a Master’s Degree in Public Administration from California State University in San Bernardino. She is active in fundraising efforts for the March of Dimes and volunteers most of her time supporting her children’s extracurricular activities.
