RCSN’s Boundary Spanning Leadership Consulting services are led by Senior Partner Donna Chrobot-Mason, PhD, whose efforts have helped organizations understand the boundaries hindering business performance to deliver better business results for their organizations.
Jeremy focuses on RCSN’s most difficult projects, helping to uncover the most esoteric information available. Jeremy started his professional career as an academic research librarian at Thomas More College. He later worked at Gateway Community and Technical College as a Library Administrator. Jeremy transitioned into higher education administration and is currently Director of Knowledge Management providing leadership for the areas of instutional research, planning, effectiveness and accreditation.
Jeremy studied Political Science at the University of Louisville. He then completed a Master’s Degree in Library and Information Science from the University of Kentucky and a Master of Business Administration from Northern Kentucky University. He is currently working on a Doctorate in Education at the University of Kentucky.
