Ed has been a Human Resources Executive and Executive Search Consultant for 30-plus years. After a successful career in HR, where he held Human Resources leadership roles within the manufacturing / distribution, professional services, financial services, research & development and high-tech industries, his focus turned to Executive Search and HR Consulting for Gilman Partners (10 years) and RCSN since 2018. As the Vice President of Human Resources for Clopay Corporation, he had global responsibility for the company’s human resources activities at three divisions. He also has held senior level positions in human resources and recruiting with major financial and professional services organizations, including Bartlett & Company and PricewaterhouseCoopers. His early career was spent as a technical recruiter for Northrop Grumman, the Gas Research Institute and AT&T.
Ed received a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Western Illinois University and an MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management. He is active in the Cincinnati business community, where he serves on the Board of Directors for the Greater Cincinnati Human Resources Association as Chair of the Programming Committee and past Chair of the Talent Acquisition Trends Committee. He has served in various community support leadership roles for the United Way of Greater Cincinnati.
